Bridget is the Community Engagement Manager at the University of Oxford. Her role with Equinox is to help to broaden the range of people who are involved in, and benefit from, innovation in Oxfordshire. This includes exploring how Equinox can best support the skills agenda and enable opportunities for young people. She joined the team from the Mathematics, Physical and Life Sciences Division, where she had been working on the community-led programme Science Together.

Until 2024, Bridget worked for The Oxford Trust, an independent charitable trust set up by Sir Martin and Lady Wood which encourages the pursuit of science. Bridget was Director of Education and Engagement at the Trust, leading the Science Oxford public programmes
