Callum is Public Affairs Manager at the University of Oxford and public affairs lead for Equinox. He leads Equinox’s engagement with regional and national government, focusing on policy development and strategic communications to advance the partnership’s political priorities and unlock innovation-led growth. Callum joined the University in September, bringing a track record of influencing government policy in highly regulated sectors, most recently working on energy policy at Citizens Advice.

Alongside his policy role, he supports the Equinox leadership team and regularly represents the partnership at external events, helping to position Oxfordshire as a globally competitive and inclusive innovation ecosystem.
