Dr Dorota Nawrot is the Strategic Engagement & Innovation Manager at the University of Oxford and leads the Developers workstream within Equinox. She works closely with developers, corporates, and regional partners to support Equinox’s mission of strengthening Oxfordshire’s innovation ecosystem and fostering inclusive, sustainable growth. Dorota coordinates cross-sector engagement, shapes shared priorities and contributes to strategic communications and programme delivery.

Her background spans translational research, academic–industry collaboration and the management of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across Oxford’s research and innovation activity. She is committed to supporting collaborative efforts that enhance visibility, connectivity, and long-term impact across the region.
