Jodie is Finance and Operations coordinator at the University of Oxford. She plays a key role in supporting the Equinox team through office operations, business administration, events logistics, travel arrangements and budgeting activities, ensuring the team can focus on high level decision making and strategic priorities. Before joining the University in 2024 she held various roles in the tourism industry across multiple countries, before taking the leap into entrepreneurship by establishing her own groundwork and landscaping business with a focus on quality workmanship, reliability and strong customer relations.
